Naira spilled N0.19 against the dollar in the official window

The Nigerian currency, Naira, depreciated the US dollar on an official window on Friday.

The Nigerian Central Bank (CBN) Foreign currency data shows that Naira is closed on N1, 533.74/$ 1 compared to N1, 533.55/$ 1 which is traded on Thursday.

This is the loss of N0.19 for local currencies against American Greenback.

In the black market, Naira closes flatly against the dollar to be traded in N1.565/$ 1.

Naira lost N5 to the British pound to trade at N2.120/£ 1 compared to the previous day level N2.115/£ 1.

Naira also closed flatly against Canadian dollars to be traded in N1.200/Ca $ 1.

Local currency obtained N5 against Euros to be traded in ₦ 1,795/€ 1 compared to the previous day level ₦ 1,800/€ 1.
