Enugu National Orthopedic Hospital Nursing Admission Forms 2024/2025

National Orthopedic Hospital Enugu (NOHE) Basic Nursing, Basic Midwifery and Post-Basic Nursing admission forms are out. Check the requirements and how to apply for the NOHE Nursing admission form for the 2024/2025 academic session below.

Applications are invited from suitably qualified candidates for admission into the College of Nursing, National Orthopedic Hospital, Enugu for:

1. BASIC NURSING CARE

2. BASIC MIDWIFING

3. POST-BASIC NURSES (orthopedics/burns and plastics)

Conditions of admission

1. Must be 16 years and older at the time of application

2. Must obtain in not more than two O’ Level Credit passes in English, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics from WAEC, NECO, GCE or in a single sitting from NABTEB.

3. Birth certificate/age declaration (no baptism card)

4. Testimony from the last school attended

5. Marriage certificate (if married)

6. Two (2) recent identity photographs

7. Method of identification (NIN, PVC, driving license, international passport)

8. Basic Nursing Certificate/Licenses (for basic nursing applicants only)

9. Originals/photocopies of all relevant documents will be viewed during the interview.

How to Apply for NOHE Nursing Admission Form

1. Pay through Remita the sum of N22,500 (Admission Fee Form and Examination Fee) in favor of the National Orthopedic Hospital. Enugu.

Attention :

• To generate Remita, visit http://www.remita.net
• Select pay a biller
• Tap against “who to pay” National Orthopedic Hospital, Enugu
• Select “POS Collections” under Service/Purpose”
• Fill out the form and click submit
• Use one of the Remita channels to pay

(you can contact any ICT staff of ICT Lab for assistance)

2. Go to the Registrar’s office to

• Confirmation of your payment via Remita
• Changing your confirmed Remita receipt to a NOHE receipt
• Retrieving your application file

3. Bring your already completed form to ICT Lab for processing of your application form data

NOTE: Form sales begin on Wednesday. June 19 and closes Friday. August 30, 2024
