IMO Govt has deployed Sport as a vehicle for the involvement of young people, creation of jobs – Gov Uzodimma

The governor of the IMO state, Hope Uzodimma, reiterated that the state government has unfolded sports as a vehicle for the commitment of young people, the unity and the creation of jobs, reports silverNews.com.ng.

He made the dissemination while presented his avant -garde speech to the IMO IMO in the Chamber of the IMO state assembly.

According to the governor, his administration undertakes to promote the development of young people through sport noting that the state has done enormously well in national and international events.

His words “in the sport area, we went beyond ceremonies and trophies to deplore sports as a vehicle for the involvement of young people, unity and the creation of jobs.

“Our athletes have represented the IMO in several national and international events including the National Sports Festival just ended and the NDDC Sport Festival that bring honor and visibility to the state. Their hard work has produced results.”
