IMO Sports Commissioner, Governor Uzodimma Hail Kun Khalifat FC on the NPFL promotion

The state commissioner IMO for sport, Hon. Obinna Onyeocha, she congratulated Kun Khalifat FC and its owner, Micheal Ahamefule, on the historic club promotion to the Nigeria Premier Football League (NPFL).

In a declaration issued on behalf of the IMO state government, the Hon. Onyeocha praised the club for their remarkable result, describing it as a product of hard work, determination and vision. “His excellence, the distinct senator Hope Uzodimma, the governor of the IMO state, joins me to celebrate the Kun Khalifat FC for flewing the IMO flag at the top and fixing a new standard for excellence in basic football,” he said.

The commissioner reiterated the unknowable commitment of the government to support sports development throughout the state and urged Kun Khalifat FC to continue fighting for even higher heights in the NPFL. “On behalf of the government and the good people of the state of imo, let’s say congratulations. Other victories await us and to be the glory for this exceptional success,” concluded the declaration.
