JAMB sets June 13 for 2026 UTME mop-up exercise

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board has scheduled the make-up exercise for the 2026 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination on Saturday, June 13, 2026.

JAMB Public Communication Consultant Fabian Benjamin said the roundup is for candidates who were biometrically verified in the main exam but could not take it due to technical or other issues. It also includes candidates whose results were withdrawn due to infractions and those who could not be biometrically verified despite reporting to their centres.

The UTME 2026 was held between 16 and 23 April 2026. JAMB said the mop-up is the final stage of the exam and will address all outstanding cases for eligible candidates.

Interested candidates can start printing their exam notification receipts from 6 June 2026 and are advised to confirm their designated centers prior to the date. The board said that no further opportunity to sit for the UTME 2026 will be given after the collection exercise.
