Nigerian gospel artist Giovanni Fadejola releases cult melody”You are worthy” in October under his independent music imprint, continuing his recording efforts into 2026.

After his release in September, “We lift you high”the song continues to focus heavily on worshiping and honoring God. The title is a familiar Christian affirmation of God’s dignity and fits perfectly with the worship-focused direction of his recent music.

Fadejola has dabbled in Afro-fusion and modern gospel sounds throughout his career, but this is squarely in the genre of gospel music. It also appears separately from his 14-track album THE MANDATE, which fell in July,

Interestingly, the song has already been heard in some capacity after Audiomack Gospel featured it on their Best of the Week: Inspirational playlist. This initial placement gives greater visibility as Fadejola continues to reach listeners interested in modern African gospel music.

The song is accessible on all major digital streaming platforms. Listen and tell me what you think in the comments below.
