Naira gained N0.14 against the dollar in the official window

The Nigerian currency, Naira, continued her recovery against the US dollar in an official window on Tuesday.

Nigerian central bank data (CBN) shows that Naira is closed on N1, 529.57/$ 1 compared to N1.529.71/$ 1 which is traded on Monday.

This is the advantage of N0.14 for local currencies against American Greenback.

In the black market, Naira closes flatly against the dollar to be traded in N1.570/$ 1.

Local currency, however, obtained an N5 against British pounds to trade at N2.165/£ 1 compared to the previous day level N2.170/£ 1.

Naira closes flatly against Canadian dollars to be traded in N1.200/Ca $ 1.

N5 loss to Euro to be traded in ₦ 1,800/€ 1 compared to the previous day level ₦ 1,795/€ 1.
