NVBF Invites 60 Players Ahead of CAVB U17 Volleyball Championships

The Nigeria Volleyball Federation (NVBF) has invited 60 players to camp ahead of the CAVB U17 Boys and Girls Volleyball Championships next December.

The players are expected to resume camp at the Ahmadu Bello Stadium in Kaduna on November 1st.

A total of 30 Boys and 30 Girls were selected from various academies and volleyball clubs across the country.

2003 All African Games silver medallist, Sunny Akapson has been appointed Head Coach of the National U17 Girls team while Suleiman Ajeigbe of Offa VC has been appointed Head Coach of the National U17 Boys team.

Nigeria will host the CAVB- African Volleyball Confederation U17 Girls Championship from 30th November to 8th December in Abuja.
