The Editor of 9News Nigeria, Obinna Ejianya, has extended warm birthday congratulations to former governor and senator, Orji Uzor Kalu, on his 66th birthday.
Ejianya, in a goodwill message personally signed by him from Melbourne, Australia, described Senator Kalu as a leader of lasting influence, whose contributions to national development, governance and public service continue to resonate across Nigeria and beyond.

Ejianya added: “On behalf of myself and my family, I offer you my heartfelt congratulations on this extraordinary achievement.
“Your enduring contributions to national development, exemplary leadership and steadfast commitment to service continue to inspire admiration across Nigeria and beyond.”
He also highlighted Senator Kalu’s growing stature in the South East and its wider implications for Nigeria’s progress.
“Indeed, there is no doubt that you have become one of the most influential leaders the South East has ever produced. I sincerely pray that this moment provides a decisive opportunity for the South East to harness such strength of leadership towards greater relevance, unity and excellence within the Nigerian project,” he said.
Ejianya then prayed for the continued well-being and success of the former Abia State governor, expressing hope that his leadership journey remains impactful on a continental scale.
