Twenty players arrived at the Super Eagles camp in Ikot Ekpene, Akwa Ibom State, ahead of Nigeria’s 2027 Africa Cup of Nations qualifiers against Madagascar and Guinea-Bissau.
The Super Eagles opened their camp on Monday at the Four Points by Sheraton Hotel in Ikot Ekpene, with coach Éric Chelle, his assistants and other members of the coaching staff among the first to arrive.
Captain Wilfred Ndidi, winger Samuel Chukwueze and goalkeeper Stanley Nwabali are also expected to join the team later in the day.

The team is scheduled to hold its first training session at the Godswill Akpabio International Stadium, Uyo, on Monday night.
The first 15 minutes of the session will be open to the media and the public.
Nigeria will host Barea of Madagascar on Friday before traveling to Bissau to face Djurtus of Guinea-Bissau next Tuesday.
The Super Eagles hope to start their qualification campaign on a positive note as they aim to secure a spot in the AFCON 2027 tournament.
