Nigerian musician Swayvee teams up with ENS for a new song titled “Swavey Riddim,” and the pair brings some cross-border fire to the duet.

Since “Us” went viral on TikTok last year, with over 800,000 posts, Swayvee has gained tremendous momentum. So every new release has weight right now because people still care. SNE, however, made waves in South African Afrosound with singles such as “Big Man Ting” featuring Stefflon Don. Both artists know how to play different markets.

“Swavey Riddim” is in that fun groove-driven realm where Afrobeat meets alternative. And the production keeps things light and paced without weighing down the atmosphere.

Swayvee’s singing style is solid here. But the result is noteworthy in that SNE brings a distinct cultural texture to it in a slightly different way. Together they keep “Swavey Riddim” moving without becoming too complex.
