Nigeria Football Federation (NFF) expressed enormous shock and deep sadness for the death on Friday of the former president of the Association of Referees of Nigeria, Otunba Tade Azeez.
It has been reported that Otunba Azeez gave up the ghost at 2.45 pm on Friday 25th April 2025, after a short illness.
