[Press Release] The Nigerian Capital Development Fund (NCDF Group), one of the main development and impact investment financing institutions, is proud to announce the appointment of Mr. Nicholas John Connell as the new CEO of the group and Chief Compliance Officer.

National British born in South Africa, Connell brings to the NCDF group a distinct career in private equity, venture capital and financial risk management, with proven experience in the design and distribution of high impact investment tools in emerging markets.

In this double leadership role, Connell will guide the development and deployment of tailor -made investment vehicles, including debt notes, securities connected to equity and structured products compliant with the AGE, designed specifically to satisfy the most urgent development priorities of Nigeria.

With a mandate that brings innovation and regulatory compliance, Connell is accused of aligning the different NCDF investment offers with the Nigeria della Nigeria regulatory framework (sec), while guaranteeing that each financial product offers socially regulated returns from the risk for investors.
