The shepherds have taken more than 20 of the 23 LGA in Benue, the group shouted

A group of advocacy under the auspices of the Ambassador of Democratic Benue (Different), has caused concern over the incessant attack in the state of the Benue by the Shepherds, said the invaders have now taken more than 20 of the 23 regional regions of the regional government in the state.

The group that made a statement during a press conference in Makurdi, the state of the state on Saturday, regretted that the state had been surrounded in the last two years and nothing was seriously carried out by the government to save the country and its citizens from the killer shepherd.

Different national president, Daniel Pila, when talking about a press conference, expressed concern that the city of origin of the Catholic Diocese of Makurdi, most of the Wilfred Anagbe Revd, was attacked a few days after he spoke to foreign countries and parts in Africa in Africa during the Deian America.

He noted that Bishop Anagbe, during the trial, had told the trials of Christians in Nigeria and the attacks and killings of benue farmers by the shepherd and rebels and urged the American government to appoint Nigeria as a special concern ‘and a few days later, the attackers invaded and fired their communities from Aondona.

“The attack on the most disturbing Aondona Village; First, Aondona was close to Raav, one of the places proposed by the governor to establish a farm and second because Bishop Wilfred Anagbe of the Catholic Diocese of Makurdi came from there,” Pila said.

“Remember that the new Anagbe bishop discussed the whole world about a series of Christian killings in Nigeria, especially the central Nigeria, a speech that many people were uncomfortable and openly threatening it.

“We call on the federal government to investigate the murder in Benue especially, attacks on Catholic priests, Rev. Fr. Atongo and the body of Christ.”

He further criticized the Governor of Hyacinth Alia who said he did not do enough to overcome the threat of insecurity in the state, while asking all stakeholders in the state to put aside their political differences and gather to save the country from the total collapse of security.

“In the case of the project, every project initiated by the governor has been abandoned; no one moves.
