Troost-Ekong officially moves to Saudi Arabian club Al Khalood

Super Eagles defender William Troost-Ekong has completed a transfer to Al Khalood, a club in the Saudi Arabian Professional Football League.

Al Khalood were recently promoted to the Saudi top division last season.

Troost-Ekong, who becomes their sixth signing of the season, joins the club from Greek Super League champions PAOK Thessaloniki.

The 30-year-old spent a season in Greece after leaving English club Watford.

During his time with PAOK, Troost-Ekong won the league title.

He has now signed a two-year contract with Al Khalood, with the option of a further year.
