Britain and the EU have approved the new post-BREXIT reset trade agreement after months of negotiations.
The British government source said: “Overall, many things are good for all.”
The conversation was the first since Boris Johnson agreed to Brexit’s initial agreement in January 2020, when Britain left the European Union.

Negotiations go “to a wire”, with a breakthrough at around 10:30 on Sunday before the deadline Monday 10 am, because the rights of fishing in the UK, once again, is the main sticky point.
Sky News understands that the European Union wants permanent access to British waters for fishing, but they have agreed to an agreement that includes access for 12 years.
There will be no change in current access to the British fishing community, without a reduction in the British quota or an increase in the amount permitted to be captured by the European Union.
Fishing rights are the main part of the Brexit “leave” campaign, although only fishing contributes 0.4% of GDP.
‘England returned to the world stage’
Details are expected today about defense and security, which can display agreements that allow British companies to access the EU defense fund £ 125 billion.
Both parties also saw an offer that allowed British travelers to use e-states at European airports and cut bureaucracy on food exports and animal/plant health for trade.
Sky News understands the conversation continues on the youth mobility scheme to enable people aged 18-30 in the UK and the EU moves freely among countries for a limited period of time.
Sir Keir Starmer promised in the 2024 election manifesto, he would sign a new trade and security agreement with the EU, and had begun Enchantment attacks throughout Europe since winning power.
Chancellor Rachel Reeves told the meeting of business leaders that they were “not easy” to reach an agreement but said it would “make it easier” for the British business.
European Union Minister Nick Thomas-Symonds said it was “historic day”.
“Good for work, good for bills, good for the border,” he posted on X.
“And many more … England returned to the world stage, with the government in the services of people who work.”

Conservative leader Kemi Badenoch said the agreement was “very alarming” and said that 12 years of EU access to lure three times longer than the government wanted.
“We became the rule takers from Brussels once again,” he said.
“And without details about any boundaries or time limits in youth mobility, fear of free movement will only increase.”
British leader reforms and Brexiteer Nigel Farage described the agreement as “submission” and said the 12 -year fishing agreement “would be the end of the fisheries industry”.
Business Secretary Jonathan Reynolds said Sky News details are still being worked on only three hours before the deadline.
With more than an hour before the deadline of 10 am, the EU Ambassador Committee approved the agreement, ahead of the peak meeting with EU leaders in London this morning.
The press conference to announce the details of the agreement is determined for later.
