A former president of the Nigeria labor congress in the state of Ogun, his partner Emmanuel Bankole, lost his father, the chief Samson Adeyemi Bankole, who died peacefully in his sleep at the age of 97.
According to a family declaration signed by his partner Bankole, the elderly statesman died on Friday 11 April 2025 in his Lagos residence.
The deceased Bankole head, described as a father, a grandfather and a devoted great -grandfather, was widely respected for his values of the community and for the duration of the inheritance of the service.
The funeral agreements were announced by the family, starting from a three -day song service to be held from Monday 12 to Wednesday 14 May at the Family House Bankole in Shitta Street, Dopmu, Agege, Lagos.
The services will present various Christian denominations.
A Christian cave is scheduled for Thursday 15 May at the Bankole family complex in Isofin, through Papalante, area of the local government of Ewekoro in the state of Ogun, followed by a funeral service at the Anglican Church of Christ, Isofin, Friday 16 May at 12.00.
The Bankole head survived children, grandchildren and great -grandchildren.
The family invited friends, members and supporters to join them to celebrate the life of their beloved patriarch.
