The installation of Oba Aminu Joshua Olawale, Adneriokin I, such as the Olu of Idanyin in the state of Ogun has inaugurated a wave of progress and development for the ancient community, with a significant impact in key sectors including road rehabilitation, education, religion and health.
From its official recognition and coronation by the state government of Ogun, Oba Olawale has led an ambitious push to reposition IDanyin for sustainable development.
His efforts have obtained a widespread consensus from indigenous, residents and supporters of the city.
In a recent speech, the traditional sovereign has extended its profound appreciation to the Governor of the State of Ogun, Prince Dapo Inhabitun, MFR and his cabinet for their commitment to infrastructure, in particular the construction of the ante -uc at Agbara Link Road, which connects several cities in the axis and improve mobility.
Oba Olawale also thanked the state government for recognizing Idanyin with the installation of a crown OBA, a move that described as historical and development.
He used the opportunity to appeal to the government to expand his scope of development to other rural cities and villages within the Idanyin axis.
According to him, Idanyin is made up of eight main communities: Rokogotho, Sasato, Migbewhe, Takete, Alathagon, Thevukanme, Saganhezunkanme and Aladura.
In an attempt to support government’s efforts, the monarch has revealed that it has personally supervised the rehabilitation of the main road of Idanyin using brick materials.
However, he observed that the swampy ground of the area often washes the road, urging the government to provide a more lasting solution.
The monarch also asked for the reconstruction of the old road that connects Idanyin with Alapoti, Ilogbo and Mowo-Badagry to attract multiple investors and facilitate the transport of people and agricultural products.
Under the guidance of Oba Olawale, important projects in the city have been performed, including the construction of a block of six classrooms for the elementary school of Idanyin, the perforation of holes to face water -based diseases, the donation of a mosque for the faithful Muslims and the efforts in progress to improve safety throughout the city.
Currently, a new block of six classes for secondary school students, built by OBA and its team, awaits the acquisition of the government to improve educational standards in the area.
The monarch also appealed for the establishment of a primary health center and the extension of electricity to Idanyin and the surrounding communities to improve living conditions and stimulate economic activities.
Oba Olawale reiterated the commitment of the people of Idanyin to cooperate with the state government and support all the initiatives aimed at transforming their community into a modern city and prosperous.
