NSF 2024: Delta Topple Bayelsa, the rivers keep the third place

The Delta team has moved to the top of the medal table at the National Sports Festival of 2024, reports Completsports.com.

The headlines were ahead of Team Bayelsa after a strong performance in different centers on Friday.

Delta has accumulated until now 35 gold, 12 silver and 29 bronze medals.

Bayelsa, who fell to the second position, has 33 gold, 16 silver and 17 bronze medals.

Team Rivers maintained third position on the table with 17 gold, 13 silver and bronze medals.

The Ogun hosts moved to fourth position after registering 12 gold, 14 silver and 18 bronze medals.

The Oyo team fell to the fifth position with a total of 12 gold, 12 silver and 18 bronze medals.

27 states have so far registered their names in the medal table.

A total number of 516 medals have been earned in the Gateway 2024 medals.

The events will continue in different centers on Saturday (today).
