Naira supports the benefits of the dollar in the official window

The Nigerian currency, Naira, maintains her profit for the US dollar on the official market on Thursday.

Nigerian central bank data (CBN) shows that Naira is closed on N1.553.11/$ 1 compared to N1, 565.46/$ 1 which is traded on Wednesday.

This is the advantage of N12.35 for local currencies against American Greenback.

In the black market, Naira was again closed flat against the dollar to be traded at N1.615/$ 1.

Naira also closed flatly against the British pound at N2.160/£ 1.

Naira continued to close flat with Canadian dollars at N1.220/Ca $ 1.

The local currency is the same -the same as closing flat to the euro to be traded in ₦ 1,805/€ 1.
