The police recovered a gun from the suspect in the cult at Enugu

People from the Tactical Anti-Cult of the Police in the state of Enugu have found a dual barrel pistol that was made locally from the alleged cult in the state.

Spokesman for the State Police Command, Daniel Ndukwe, said in a statement on Tuesday that the firearms were found on Monday.

He said the suspects – Uchenna Onwudi (29), and Eze Chiadikobi (31) – were previously detained for conspiracy, armed robbery, ownership of firearms that violated the law, and cult.

Ndukwe said: “They led the operators to recover in an unfinished building located in Trans-Ekulu, Enugu.

“The two suspects have claimed to be the highest member of the Confrenity Confrenity Confet.

“They, along with other accomplices, will be charged in court after the investigation.”
