EFCC captured seven alleged internet fraudsters in Abuja

The Economic and Financial Crime Commission (EFCC) has arrested seven alleged internet fraudsters in Abuja.

The head of the EFCC media and publicity, Dele Oyewale, revealed this in a statement on Thursday in Abuja.

He said the suspects were arrested at Lifecamp and Kubwa Axes of Abuja.

He added that the arrest of the suspects followed the credible intelligence that connected them with cheating internet activities.

“The items recovered from them include eight top -class cars, expensive laptop computers, and cellphones.

“They will be charged with court immediately after the investigation is complete,” said the spokesman.
