Orakpo joins the Ligue 2 -French club on loan

Montpellier French Ligue 2 Montpellier completed the signature of the young striker Victor Orakpo.

Orakpo will spend the 2025/26 season on loan to the club.

The nineteen -year -old made five appearances in all competitions for Nice last season.

He expressed his joy after writing the contract with Montpellier.

“It is a good feeling for this great Montpellier Club. My father is a fan of the club. In France, Montpellier and Paris Saint Germain supports in France,” said the player to the club’s official website.

“Just since we were little, my brothers and me, my father, look at the Montpellier games, so it’s a good feeling. When I told him I would sign for Montpellier, he was very happy. It was a good feeling, for me, my family and all around.”
