The Commission for the State Legislative Service of Kaduna expressed a profound appreciation for the Governor UBA Sani for the approval of the issue of funds for the examination of the promotion exam of 2024.
The commission, which recently ended the written segment of the year, started the interview phase on Wednesday and successfully wrapped it on Thursday.
A total of 93 staff members of the Kaduna State House of Assembly and the assembly commission participated in the exercise and were interviewed.
The interview session was conducted by a panel chaired by the President of the Assembly Commission, RT. Hon. Nuhu Goroh Shadalafiya.
Speaking shortly after the conclusion of the exercise, Shadalafiya praised the regular conduct of the process, describing it as a critical tool to improve productivity and increase morale among the workers in the public sector.
“The promotion exam is a key factor to increase morale and improve the attitude of workers in any organization. We are happy with the success of the year,” he said.
He also praised the Governor Sani for the prompt approval of the necessary funds, calling him a clear demonstration of the governor’s commitment to the well -being and motivation of workers.
“This rapid approval shows that its excellence includes the value of a motivated and happy workforce,” he said.
Shadalafiya has also extended the appreciation of the state of the state of Kaduna to the speaker of the assembly house, Rt. Hon. Yusuf Liman, for its unshakable support in the construction of a strong and efficient workforce, and for its role in guaranteeing the timely conduct of the 2024 promotion exercise along 2024.
While the initiative praised, the president appealed to the Governor Sani to consider the granting of early approval for the promotion of promotion of 2025.
He underlined that such a move would have contributed to guaranteeing continuity and establishing a coherent and timely exam program for the legislative staff of the State.
