Carloha receives Super Falcons to celebrate Wafcon’s victory

In a resounding national pride and support for Nigerian sports, Carloha Nigeria, the distributor and exclusive assembly of Chery vehicles in Nigeria, hosted the super -victorious super halcons in their state -of -the -art exhibition room in Alape, Lagos.

The celebration event followed the historic triumph of the Falcons in the 2025 Women’s Africa Cup (Wafcon), where they obtained their tenth continental title in a dramatic victory of 3–2 over Morocco of the host nation.

Speaking at the event, Alhaji Ibrahim Musa Gusau, president of the Nigeria Football Federation (NFF), praised Carloha for his unwavering commitment to the progress of sports in Nigeria.

“We are proud to associate with Carloha and Chery towards the development of sports in Nigeria,” Gusau said.

“The victory of the Super Falcons reinforces the importance of investing in our national teams. The support of Carloha exemplifies corporate patriotism, and we believe that this association marks the beginning of a fruitful and shocking relationship,” he said.

In his comments, Mr. Adigun said: “It is a great honor to welcome our champions, the Super Falcons, whose victory is a source of inspiration for all Nigerians.

“Our association with the NFF is based on shared values: extraction, resistance and national pride. This celebration goes beyond football; it is about believing in what is possible when we join behind a vision.”

Speaking on behalf of the players, the Captain of the Rasheedat Ajibade team expressed his sincere appreciation to Carloha.

“We are grateful not only for this victory, but because they are seen, celebrated and supported by brands like Carloha. It means the world for us. This victory is for Nigeria and for all those who continue to believe in the power of women’s football,” he said.
