NSC confirms the date for 2025 National Youth Games

Abuja (Reporter Core) The National Sports Commission (NSC) has confirmed the official program for the National Youth Games of 2025, since the nation counts until the long-awaited Multi-Sport event that will be hosted by Delta State.

According to the Commission, the games will take place from 26 August to 6 September 2025, bringing together the best young talents from all over the country to compete for glory and national recognition.

In recent months, the main organizational committee (MOC) and the local organizing committee (LOC) have been actively inspectively inspecting structures and places, to ensure that they meet the standards required to host a successful championship.

The accumulation of games will begin with registration, which will take place from 16 to 20 August 2025, while the zonal elimination is scheduled for between 16 and 18 August.

The Pre-DRM will follow on 19 and 20 August, with the DRM waiting from 21 to 24 August. The main tournament will take place from 26 August to 6 September 2025.

The Commission reiterated its commitment to delivering a well -organized event that not only shows off the next generation of Nigeria Sport Stars, but also promotes unity, discipline and excellence through sport.
