Leaders who were detained from the prohibited separatist IGBO group, Biafra natives, (IPOB), Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, had submitted a petition to the Nigeria Bar Association (NBA), looking for sanctions against Supreme Court Judge Binta Nyako, Hidas Tsammani, and Garba Lawal, who had three judges.
In the petition he personally signed and sent to the NBA ahead of their national conference at Enugu, Kanu accused three judges of judicial violations and miscarriages of justice in his trial.
In a very grateful petition seen by Ripples Nigeria on Sunday, Kanu, urged the NBA to sanction the judges and issue reports so that no Nigerians had to be kidnapped or tried under the law that was revoked.
He further asked the NBA to restore trust in the judiciary by asking the wrong judge’s accountability to serve as a prevention for others.

The leader of IPOB noted the alleged violation of the judge against him and asked the NBA to investigate them and take the right steps against them.
“The catalog of violations by the judges is now standing as stains that cannot be secured in the conscience of Nigerian law,” Kanu wrote
“I ask the NBA to issue reports that condemn the use of civil procedures to subvert criminal law, and the revival of the law; asserted that no Nigerians must be detained again with kidnapping or tried under the law that was revoked; and to ask the wrong judges to be responsible, restore public confidence in bars and benjok,” he added.
