Naira spilled N2 on the dollar in the black market

Nigerian currency, Naira, declined against the US dollar in the parallel window on Tuesday.

Local currency lost N2 to American Greenback to be traded on N1.547/$ 1, compared to the previous day level N1.545/$ 1 in the popular parallel window called The Black Market.

Naira obtained N20 against British pounds to trade at N2.105/£ 1 the same as the previous day level N2.125/£ 1.

Naira continued to close flatly against Canadian dollars to trade at N1.200/Ca $ 1.

It also obtained N18 against Euro to trade in ₦ 1,792/€ 1 compared to the previous day level ₦ 1,810/€ 1.
