Brighton & Hove Albion manager Fabian Hurzeler has asked Nigerian international Femi Azeez for patience as the winger continues to recover from a hamstring injury.
Azeez is yet to make his competitive debut for the Seagulls following his deadline day move from Sky Bet Championship side Millwall.
The 25-year-old suffered a minor hamstring injury on the opening day of the season while playing for Millwall, delaying his start at the Amex Stadium.

The winger has reportedly made progress in his recovery and featured for Brighton in a friendly during the last international break.
Azeez is not ready for action yet
However, speaking ahead of Thursday’s (today) UEFA Conference League clash against Jablonec, Hurzeler revealed that Azeez is not yet ready to return to competitive action.
“With Femi, again we have to be patient with him. It’s not very clear how long it will take. It seems like it’s not a big problem, but that’s why we have to be patient,” the Brighton boss told reporters.
Azeez will now continue his recovery as Brighton carefully manages his fitness, with the club keen to ensure he is fully prepared before making his competitive debut.
