The arrest of the lakurawa bandit police, recovered 10 fighting cows

The police operation in Kebbi has arrested a suspect member of Lakurawa and found 10 cows fighting in the Bachaka community, the Bunza regional government area in the state.

Spokesman for the State Police Command, Nafi’u Abubakar revealed this in a statement on Tuesday in Birnin Kebbi.

He said the suspect, who was identified as Salihu Umar, who came from the Dogon Dutse region of the Republic of Niger, was arrested at the Bachaka Cow Market on August 31.

Abubakar added that the cows belonged to one of Usman Aliyu, who was 68 cows worked by the alleged Bandit Lakurawa on August 20.

“Following an extraordinary breakthrough, Police Commissioner in the state, CP Bello Sani, praised the police strategy led by courage and intelligence displayed by the Division Police Officers (DPO), Bachaka, and its people.

“CP collects them to support momentum,” said the spokesman.
