The Kaduna State Police Command has invited the former Governor, Mallam Nasir El-Rufai, along with six key figures of the African Democratic Congress (ADC), to ask the accusations bordering the criminal conspiracy, incitement of public disturbances, damage, and terrible damage inflictions.
The instructions were contained in a letter signed by the Deputy Commissioner of the Police who were responsible for the Department of Criminal Investigation (CID), Uzainu Abdullahi. The letter, addressed to the Chairperson of the ADC State, ordered that El-Rufai and the other named Individual Reports at the State Criminal Investigation Department (SCID) on September 8, 2025.
The invitation included the people who were expected to emerge as Bashir Sa’idu, Jafaru Sani, Ubaidullah Mohammed, known as “30,” Nasiru Maikano, Aminu Abita, and Ahmed Ruff’i Hussaini, also called “Mikiya.”

Police Correspondence, entitled “Investigation Activities: Criminal Conspiracy Cases, incitement of public peace disorders, mistakes and causes pain,” explained that the suspects were called to respond to the accusations proposed by the complaints that were not named.
The letter was read in part:
“This department is currently investigating the above-mentioned case involving the following members of your party. You are requesting to come along with them to scid to clarify allegations reported them by the complaints on September 8, 2025: Mall. Ubaidullah Mohammed, Aka 30, Nasiru Maikano, Aminu Abita, and Ahmed Rufa’i Hussaini, aka Mikiya. “
While the exact details of the complaint remain unprupted, the police authority emphasizes that the call is part of their broader efforts to maintain public peace and prevent riots throughout the Kaduna state.
