Police agents in Nasarawa State have arrested two suspects for allegedly damaging electricity cables and poles in Karu Local Government Area of the state.
This was stated by the Spokesperson for the State Police Command, Ramhan Nansel, in his statement, Saturday in Lafia.
He said the patrol team attached to the Gitata Karu Division, arrested the suspects while carrying out routine patrols along the Gitata–Gunduma Road on Friday.

He added that the suspects were from Jikwoyi, in the Federal Capital Territory (FCT).
He said the items seized from the suspects included metal cutters, pliers, wrenches, electrical cables and a gray Hyundai Sonata car with registration number GWA 44 PM.
