PDP Turaki met with ADC led by Mark in Abuja

The Tanimu Turaki-led People’s Democratic Party (PDP) on Wednesday held a closed-door meeting with the David Mark-led African Democratic Congress (ADC).

A high-level PDP delegation led by Turaki arrived at Mark’s residence at Apo Legislative Building, Abuja, on Wednesday at 4.50pm.

Sources close to the party told reporters that the visit was part of the PDP’s move to form an alliance with the ADC ahead of the 2027 general elections.

Those present at the meeting included Oyo State Governor Seyi Makinde, former Minister of Information Prof Jerry Gana, former Niger State Governor Babangida Aliyu and other members of the PDP National Working Committee (NWC).
