Iran claims 3,375 people have died in the conflict with the US and Israel

Iran announced that 3,375 people have died on its territory as a result of the ongoing conflict between the United States and Israel, according to official figures released on Sunday.

The casualty data was provided by the head of Iran’s Legal Medicine Organization, a body operating under the country’s judiciary, and reported by state media.

Abbas Masjedi revealed that these figures were collected through formal identification procedures.

He said, “During the recent war, the bodies of 3,375 martyrs were identified by the Legal Medicine Organization using scientific and special methods.”

According to Masjedi, the fatalities included 2,875 men and 496 women. However, there were no further details regarding the ages of the victims or whether they were civilians or combatants.

The report was published by Iran’s official news agency, IRNA.

Independent verification of these figures remains difficult, as access to affected locations is limited, limiting the ability of external observers to confirm reported casualty numbers.

The latest figures highlight the human toll resulting from escalating hostilities, although details regarding the impact and impact of the conflict remain disputed.
