Ryan Alebiosu put in an impressive all-round performance as Blackburn Rovers claimed a 3-1 away victory over Sheffield United.
Yuki Ohashi scored a brace and Ryoya Morishita also scored to seal the three points.
Alebiosu played the full 90 minutes and stood out in both defense and attack.
He provided one assist and recorded 20 passes, while also creating several attacking opportunities for his team.
Defensively, he was solid completing 100% of his dribbles, making five clearances, two interceptions and six recoveries.
After the match, the Nigerian international praised the team’s collective effort:
“I think performances like that would be good, 100 per cent the boys have done everything that could be done, even the substitute also came on, the togetherness was from start to finish, I feel like if we carry that into the next game we will be 100 per cent fine.”
Alebiosu has been a key figure for Blackburn this season, featuring in 38 games and starting 36 in the Championship.

He missed seven matches, largely due to his international commitment to Nigeria in the African Cup of Nations.
Blackburn Rovers are currently 19th in the Championship table with 52 points and have secured their league status for next season.
