Nelo Dreams Foundation, in collaboration with Rangers International Football Club Foundation, conducted a mental health drive on 6/12/2025 for National Union of Road Transport Workers leaders and commercial drivers operating in Lugbe Metropolis, near Police Sign, Lugbe, FCT Abuja

The session focused on the importance of prioritizing brain health and overall well-being for safer and more productive driving. Participants received a practical toolkit designed to help them “lead with their mind” through better mindset and self-regulation.

Facilitators shared actionable brain health strategies, including adequate sleep, balanced nutrition, regular physical activity, and proper hydration. The goal was to equip drivers with habits that directly improve concentration, reduce fatigue and increase productivity on the road.

Participants expressed appreciation to both foundations, stating that they had acquired new skills relevant to their daily work and that they were committed to applying the lessons during their commercial driving activities.
