Enugu, Nigeria – Rangers International Football Club Foundation will conduct a structured intra-school quiz competition/assessment for first and second year students today, Friday 26th June 2026 by 12pm at the Government Technical College, GTC Enugu School Auditorium.
According to Coach Ebere Amaraizu, President of the Rangers International Football Club Foundation and team leader at GTC Enugu, the activity is a structured assessment of social and emotional learning, SEL, designed to measure the outcomes of the Foundation’s ongoing SEL+ Sports intervention.
Purpose of the evaluation:
Assess and measure how effectively students internalize SEL skills that strengthen employability, workplace readiness, and character for sustainable development. This includes responsibility, decision making, emotional regulation, and discussing harmful beliefs.
Coach Ebere Amaraizu said:
“At the RIFC Foundation, we don’t just commit. We commit and we measure. This evidence-based approach ensures increasingly better outcomes for our students. Today’s quiz will show us the real impact of Beyond the Pitch in the lives of these young minds.”
The quiz will test students’ ability to apply the SEL + REBT + 3Rs model to real-life scenarios, including push/pull factors, peer pressure, and responsible decision making.
