NLO Match Day 8: Sunday Oluwaseun Remains Positive Despite Draw Against Spartan FC

Following the conclusion of the match between Zenith Emperor and Spartan FC in the ongoing Nationwide League One, which ended in a 1-1 draw, Sunday Olš’–waseun, one of the strikers for Zenith Emš’‘eror FC, shared his insights on the game.

ā€œIt was an intense game due to the several losses that we had recently,ā€ remarked Olš’–waseun š’•š’ š‘ŗš’‘š’š’“š’•š’” 247 when asked about the match. ā€œIt was not a bad game, but it wasn’t a great game either.ā€

When queried about their next opponent, Olš’–waseun revealed, ā€œYes, we are playing against First Bank. It’s going to be a tough game.ā€

In terms of expectations for the upcoming match, Olš’–waseun assured, ā€œNevertheless, I’ll always put my 100% because I expect to put my best in that game. I am actually looking forward to that game.ā€

Reflecting on their performance throughout the league, Olš’–waseun highlighted the significance of their first game. ā€œSo far, I would say probably our first game was our best,ā€ he expressed. ā€œI came in 40 minutes into the game and scored a goal. That match was quite an interesting one. Unfortunately for us, we lost the game due to some errors from our defenders. It’s a game that we were supposed to win convincingly, but that’s football for you.ā€
