Paris Saint-Germain Féminine forward Jennifer Echegini has expressed her excitement at being included in the Super Falcons squad for the upcoming Olympic Games.
Echegini was among 18 players selected by Super Falcons coach Randy Waldrum for the Games.
Speaking to NFF TV, the former Florida State Seminoles star expressed his excitement.
“I am very excited to be part of the team for this great tournament,” said the player. “It is always an honour to wear the Nigerian badge. It is a great honour for me to be part of this team.”

The midfielder recently joined PSG after her contract with Juventus expired, where she scored ten goals in fourteen games last season.
Echegini is expected to bring the same goalscoring prowess to the Falcons when they begin their campaign in Paris.
The nine-time African champions will face Spain, Brazil and Japan in Group C.
