Adams previously played for another Romanian club, FC Botoșani, where he spent three seasons.
The 23-year-old began his career in Nigeria at the Ikon Allah Kaduna academy and his development was noticed by the Russian youth team at FDC Vista.
His first breakthrough came at FC Noah in Armenia, where he played 35 games, scoring two goals and providing one assist.
