Charly Boy challenges Odumeje to save Nigeria from ‘fire’

Former President of the Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria (PMAN), Charles Oputa alias Charly Boy, has urged controversial pastor, Chukwumeka Cyril alias Odumeje to use his power to save Nigeria.

He made the call after Odumeje slammed billionaire industrialist Aliko Dangote for not “heeding his prophecy” regarding his oil refinery in the Ibeju-Lekki area of Lagos, which caught fire about a month ago.

In a post on his official X account, the eccentric artist asked the pastor not to reprimand Dangote because he has a lot of money and the famine in the country does not affect him.

He wrote: “Dear Odumeje, we, Nigerians, humbly come to you. Please, can you stop this country from collapsing…the economy is in decline. We ask for your strength in this hour of great need.

”Please, don’t mind Dangote. He has a lot of money, and the famine in this country doesn’t reach him. That’s why he doesn’t understand that he should be humble in front of you.”
