Ever wondered how Real Warri Pikin stays fit?

She’s really trying cos when I saw her recently I was like even after the GBP/ sleeves she’s still this big ? I mean I know she recently had a baby too but she needs to keep exercising else she will blow up again and even bigger this time . I am not sure the Dr got it cos my sister who did same procedure is so tiny now even after child birth .
