Daniel Bwala, Special Adviser on Policy Communications to President Bola Tinubu believes that Nigerian Democratic Congress (NDC) presidential candidate Peter Obi is not happy whenever Nigeria makes progress.

He said this in reaction to Obi’s comments that he would not rush into forming a state police structure when he became president.

Bwala in a post on his X account wrote: “I don’t know why every time Nigeria makes progress it angers Peter Obi @PeterObi Why?

“This is the same Nigeria that he tried in vain to manage. It is probably true to say that the only people he cared about were the madmen on the streets of Opi-iweka.

“Before the 2023 election, he promised to remove subsidies; we did, and now he says he won’t. He said he would be the state police; we did, but now he says he won’t.

“He said he would collect all the foreign exchange; we did, and now he says he won’t. It seems like he doesn’t have a clear idea of ​​what he wants to do for Nigeria.”
