Five died, 15 Injury of Explosions in Kano Company

At least five people were killed and 15 others were injured in an explosion in a memo collection company in the state canoe on Saturday morning.

Commissioner of State Police. Ibrahim Bakosri, confirmed the figure of the victim to a journalist when he visited the scene with other senior officers from the command.

He said the police gathered that a truck carried an improvisation explosive device (IIED) from the state of Yobe.

He, however, said the cause of the Eid explosion and ownership was not yet ascertained.

According to CP, people who were injured received treatment at the Aminu Kano (AKTH) Hospital.

“Police and other security agents are currently investigating the incident,” added CP.
