Ogun (basic reporter) while the quarter-finals of the handball heat up to the National Sports Festival in progress, in the state of Ogun, the Federal Capital Territory (FCT) obtained a dramatic 21-19 victory over Toppers, Delta State in the most electrifying meeting of the quarterfinals of the men’s ball during the national sports festival in progress (NSF) in Ogun State.
