Haaland scores as Norway knocks Ivory Coast out of the World Cup

Erling Haaland scored the winning goal to help Norway secure a 2-1 win over Ivory Coast in their 2026 FIFA World Cup round of 32 match.

Norway took the lead through Antonio Nusa’s wonderful curling strike before the break, before Ahmad Diallo scored a wonderful solo goal to equalize for Ivory Coast in the second half.

Norway will now face Brazil, who beat Japan, in the last 16 on Sunday.
