IGqumelasha – Summer (Ize Leze) IGqumelasha shines on the Ize Leze project with the song The summer. Seventh song of an eight-song setlist, this release further defines the South African artist’s growing sound in 2026.
The partnership with UKhoz’olumpunga adds a special ingredient to the composition and increases the final cut without losing its economy. Together, their work lends a rich texture that fits the overall flow of the production.
The Summer is the penultimate track on the album and serves an interesting purpose in the narrative arc. This is a cautious approach to writing and production, with an economy of expression throughout the work.
