The statement stated, “Kwara State Governor, AbdulRahman AbdulRazaq has approved a minor cabinet reshuffle involving all Special Advisers, Counsellors, Senior Special Assistants and Special Assistants.”

The decision, according to the statement, is intended to provide opportunities to more party members and inject fresh energy into the government. Also affected were the Deputy Chief of Staff and Principal Private Secretary to the Governor.

The statement said the governor expressed his gratitude to all of his appointees for their invaluable service to the state and wished them the best in their future endeavors.
