  1. This is why FinTechs are now thriving. The banks refused to grow and cared less about the time of their customers. Someone leaves their job to come and queue unnecessarily at the bank for minutes to hours over something that could easily be done on their phone in the comfort of their home or business or shop. Where would the bank be if every frustrated customer withdrew all their monies? Can they even provide for 50% of their customers if they wanted to withdraw all their monies?

    But honestly most African institutions think they are rather doing you the customer a favor by serving you.
    They speak to you any how when they finally have your money.
    But few are good and we must patronize them well.
