Manchester United is considering a shock exchange agreement that involves Marcus Rashford and Ollie Watkins.
Rashford has joined Aston Villa On-Loan until the end of the season, after a bust with United Ruben Amorim. It remains to be seen if you want to return to United, where club leaders are eager to download this summer.
The 27 -year -old has contributed a goal and five assists since he joined the Midlanders. Villa has been told to move around 40 million to make the treatment permanent.
And with Rashford impressing since he joined by Unai Emery, United believes that this could increase his chances of attracting Old Trafford to Watkins.
Rashford’s shape has seen him overcome Watkins as his first option. He was selected ahead of him by his 3-2 victory over Paris Saint-Germain in the Champions League, which saw Villa eliminated from the competition after losing 5-4 together.
If Villa decides to sign Rashford, Watkins could be anxious to leave Villa Park to secure more football in other places.
Watkins was an Arsenal transfer goal last summer, but Villa rejected his advances.
But if Watkins makes it clear that he wants to go, United would consider offering rashford more a significant cash payment in exchange for obtaining the 29 -year -old England.
Watkins has taken 15 goals in 47 games in all competitions for Villa this term.
But he has struggled to replicate his sensational shape last season, which saw him notices 27 times in 53 exits.
He has 85 goals in 216 games in a Villa shirt and until his recent degradation had always been a present for villains since his Brentford change in 2020.
